Sasattvā—meaning “with a baby in the womb”—celebrates the beauty of pregnancy. We offer gentle, preganancy yoga (zwangerschapsyoga) practices for every stage, helping you feel centered, and deeply connected to your growing baby.

Sasutā - Yoga for Baby & Mommy

Hey! I'm Priya — a certified yoga teacher with a focus on prenatal care. I'm here to guide you through a mindful and nurturing pregnancy yoga practice.I had the privilege of learning yoga since childhood from various gurus, thanks to my wonderful parents. Yoga — in its true essence — has been my guiding compass, especially when I hit a stumbling block. It allows me to be myself — to learn, fall, grow, and reflect. It’s taught me the power of showing up for myself at my own pace. That's exactly how I teach—at your own pace and comfort.I enjoy teaching and sharing the wisdom of yoga because it has supported me deeply. How are the lessons structured?

Lessons are available online or in-person, depending on your preference and the course track. You can choose between small group sessions or private one-on-one lessons.
Group lessons: 75 min
Private lessons: 90 min


Are the lessons in English or Dutch?

Goede vraag! During our discovery call, I’ll get a feel for your yoga skills—and you can test out my Dutch skills. Whether we flow in English, Dutch, or a bit of both, we’ll find a rhythm that works best for you.


I have never done Yoga before. Is this still a safe time to start?

Yes, yoga can be a wonderful support during pregnancy, conception, or postnatal recovery—even if you’re brand new. We’ll chat during the discovery call to see what feels right for you. In some cases, a quick note from your doctor may be needed before we begin.
